Was at VivoCity yesterday and went into a shop selling games and bears near Daiso. Just nice, they were playing the Final Fantasy XIII (or XIII-2) trailer or something when I went in. Was very much attracted by the television screen and its very beautiful music.

Wanted to look for Final Fantasy's movie but I didn't have that program installed on my laptop, hence looked for the songs from XIII instead. Happy that I managed to find quite a few - nice and soothing ones, but at the same time, emotional ones. I don't know why, but I'm just so attracted to such songs. I must admit I don't understand what they're singing, but the music is really beautiful. :>

However, as I listened to those songs, those memories got into my head again. I don't want this to happen.. I really don't want it to.. The more I listened to those songs, the more I thought of the past - the unhappy and hurtful ones. It hurts deeply.. even till now.

I'm not sure about other songs, but the Final Fantasy songs do remind me of him. Probably because I remember he used to play its games too.

YL says I've not gotten over him yet. Really, is that so? Perhaps, I really do. Well, I still do think of him at times. But well, that doesn't mean anything I guess. It's long past. Everything has changed, thoroughly. But.. I really don't know. I'm really confused. As I've said, it's been so long. Why haven't I rid him out of my life? What should I do seriously? It's hurting me real badly.. Ain't I supposed to harbour hatred instead? I find myself rather contradicting at times too..

It's true that Xiao Huang Qi sang really well. But I thought, he doesn't make a good teacher. Just look at how other teachers (singers) bring the contestants into the songs. They gave the contestants alot of opportunities to unleash their potential, with the contestants singing more than than the singers themselves. They (the contestants) are the stars of the day. Shouldn't the highlights all be on them?

Out of the six contestants, I've seen three of the performances. Michael Wong and A-lin did really well, especially Michael Wong. However, Xiao Huang Qi seems inferior in comparison. Jay Huang, I thought, sang really well in this song. But he wasn't given much chances. To be honest, Jay Huang was totally "covered over" by Xiao Huang Qi. And even after they finished singing, the attention were all on Xiao Huang Qi, leaving Jay Huang aside as if he's invisible. I mean, come on, it's true Xiao Huang Qi is a great. But give some respect to the contestants, can't they? This is, afterall, their competition.

Undeniably, Jay Huang's one of the contestants I look up to, in this competition. He's got a really nice vocal. And it's true too, that, Jay Huang has been a person with low confidence. But this song is by far the best I've heard of him. I thought it's really such a pity. Nevertheless, hopefully there'll be chances of him releasing an album in the near future - like Wong Jinglun - despite a sixth-placed position.

"人生路上甜苦和喜忧
愿与你分担所有
难免曾经跌倒和等候
要勇敢的抬头

...
阳光总在风雨后
乌云上有睛空

珍惜所有的感动
每一份希望在你手中"
- 歌词; 阳光总在风雨后

This is in response to the lyrics/song above that I've posted in FB, via Xing An:

So so falling in love with k-pop. ^_^

It all started after I went to Korean Music Wave 2011, on 15 July 2011. Er.. actually no. I've actually fallen in love with k-pop not long after Korean stuffs (drama, music..) invaded Singapore. Didn't notice much of k-pop because I don't have the source to, back then. Now that I went to the concert, it brought back the love in me once again. Hehs.

Shall elaborate further next time. :D

First lesson of the semester - Life Sciences Revolution. Lesson was fun and teacher's quite friendly. I love what I chose, lol. Part of the reason for choosing this module is because I'm quite into DNA. Actually no one knows about this, but after failing my DAE for Banking & Financial Services during the first year, I applied through DAE the following year again, but this time it's the life sciences course. So yep, other than accountancy, I'm rather interested in life sciences as well. And what a coincidence that, it's the second time that I'm with the same class as my former IQG classmate, Irah, again.

Guess what, first thing I did when I reached school was, to visit the library. Heh. Hardworking, ain't it? =D Okay la, actually I'm looking for my Mitch Albom. Searched on OPAC that "Have a Little Faith" is available and I'm really happy can! But when I went to look for it, it wasn't on the shelve. Went back to look for it after lesson, but it still wasn't there. Really disappointed. =(

Actually the reason why I insist on reading this book is because of its title. I didn't read the synopsis or anything. Just the title - it captures my eyes. I first found out about this book through the mailer sent by Popular last month. That was the period when I thought everything's alright and I'm recovering well, yet I'm having those flashbacks suddenly. And having seen this book, I thought, this might help somehow. However, I'm having second thoughts on buying it due to the price despite having 20% off.

Then, I went NLB's website to search for this book. And it shows a full list of libraries which has this book. The first on the list was that "A.." place. And I was totally.. you know. Searched for Jurong Regional Library and below it was Jurong West Library. Goodness can.. That just make things worst. =\ Anyway, bottomline is, all the places I could thought of, all has this book on loan already. =\

I so wanna read Mitch Albom's books! Because I find that his books are really meaningful. And hopefully, his books can really inspire me. Nevermind, be patient. =X

Oh, speaking of school.. I guess I'm really stupid enough to only realised there's this "fast/economical printing" function until yesterday. It's like, after printing notes for a year. -_-"

Anyway, I think I'm getting clever-er, somehow. I managed to find out how to set custom ringtone for iPhone. =D But sad thing is, I can only use the default message tones unless I jailbreak. =\ Seriously, I'd rather it's the opposite - changing message tones rather than ringtone - since I SMS most of the time. So now, unless I'm using my computer, I can't sense if there's any SMS despite having vibration. Anyways, I realised alarm tone can be changed too. Heh. Thank goodness, else I'm really afraid I won't be able to hear my alarm during school days.

Oh by the way, welcome Raymond Lam my ❤ back to my playlist! =D

Actually, I still dread seeing/hearing the place "AMK".

Was out with dear and cliques yesterday. And dear was so.. *shakes head*. Still say you got SPY on my blog hor? Improve improve! =X

I feel that I'm kinda weird actually. I thought girls loves shopping? But I'm different. =X

Before we headed home, I had wanted to try my luck for cocktail buns at Crystal Jade. But just as expected, I couldn't find any. Who knows, aunt told me that sister-in-law had bought a few cocktail buns home. What a coincidence. So the rest of the cocktail buns at Bugis were bought by sister-in-law! Humph!<>.<>Anyway, I bought Beard Papa instead. Got fondant for the second time and seriously I'm falling in love with it.

Younger brother just got home from Sentosa. And got Beard Papa as well. I forgot to tell him that I bought it last night. =X And if he had told me earlier, I would have asked him to get me my fondant.<>.<>Oh ya, brother's chalet on November 5 - 7. I was like, what the hell (oops =X), so what am I going to do without my bottle? Grr.. Nevermind, nevermind. I'm not going then. =P

Oh by the way, I don't know why, but I seemed to be thinking of "someone" whenever I listened to Yoga Lin's "Bei Ying". =X

PS. I'm so loving Jay Chou's new album.

Argh.. Having headache all of a sudden. =\

Okay, I admit I haven't been listening to Yes 933 since holidays started, but seriously, it's only until Thursday that I got to know that Yoga Lin will be coming to Singapore soon. =X Anyway, guess what? According to the website, Yoga's last event for this trip will be Yes 933 街头爆唱会, which will be held in IMM! Ahhh, I so wanna go man!!

And I don't know why, but I haven't feel the urge to buy an album for ages. The last time I had this urge was when I saw Raymond Lam's album. You know, I just feel that Yoga's voice is so mesmerising. Hahas. Alright, I'm gonna get his album when school reopens!

Speaking of school reopens, I visited Wei Ming's blog a few days back and I was totally sian the moment I saw the first picture. ~.~

Oh no, Monday blues' back! =(

A chat with Pei Er made me realised that I've not updated my blog for ages. So now, I'm back.

Well, I've been busy since school holidays begins. Or should I say, even before holidays has started? So, I'm busy with shifting of house and of course, my birthday. I was so excited about it okay. That probably explains why I've no appetite on that day. Hahas. And for the first time, I haven't completed any homeworks up till now, which is already the second week of holiday. =(

Have already shifted in for a week, however I'm not done with tidying up of my room as there's still some work to be done. Hopefully it'll be completed before school reopens.

I don't know why, but I seemed to feel sian whenever I use computer these days. ~.~ And I don't even remember when's the last time I used my computer. For your information, I'm currently updating using brother's computer.

Sister-in-law has transferred the photos taken during my birthday already. I look so ugly can! =( Shall post it up some day anyway.

And before I forget, I'm so in love with James Lin, or Yoga Lin, if you'd prefer. His voice is just so captivating. =D By the way, I heard a few songs of Hacken Lee the other day, in a CD store. Ah, I can't wait any longer. Fly me to Hong Kong now please. =X
