I.seriously.wanna.vomit.blood.already.
Barely slept for less than three hours last night, and earlier on while I was attending class, he text-ed and asked if I could help with his part. So late in the evening. And I text-ed him and got him to adopt my ideas instead, at 4am today. So, did he meant he had to spend 15 hours to decide I should be the one doing it instead?
Bullshit please. This project is totally last-minute in every single thing to me. I don't have the luxury of sitting right in front of my computer the whole day please. And, when I had to format and beautify the file, I had to do it very guiltily in the office, turning my head over every single time I heard the sound of the door for fear my manager comes in. And mind you, that sound happens very frequently!
Angry, angry, angry!
I'm really gonna faint soon. I'm so terribly lacking of sleep!

Urgh. Crap. I don't know what I just did to my file. It just gone hay-wired after I copy and pasted. =\ Seriously, the different documents are really draining me with all its different formatting. Everything just gone wrong. If it weren't because I have class tomorrow, I wouldn't be staying up this late. Hopefully I'll have the chance to do some editing during work tomorrow. >.<
Hmm, saw one FB notification while I was trying to upload my documents earlier on. Thought it was yet another game requests, and so, clicked and dismissed the notification. It was then that I realised it was a FB message. Guess what, it was from
that someone. No, I didn't open up the message. Have no idea why, and more so, why did he have to message me, after like 4 years? And, is it really him who message-d me, using his brother's ID? Why then, did he have to message me at this point in time? Like, out of nowhere.
I was browsing my news feed casually late in the evening, and I happened to saw a photo. The first person I saw was, KQ. Then, I saw the caption, "8 years.." something. Scrolled down immediately because I guess I know what's that caption about, and who were the ones in the photo. Yea, thank goodness I only saw KQ, and
still KQ after the page unknowingly got refreshed on its own, and went back straight to that photo. -_-
Okay, guess I've been cracking my brain all night. Am feeling giddy + sleepy already. Ain't typing good too. Well, better go to bed now. It's gonna be a long, long day tomorrow. Oh, and hopefully no more sauna in the office after 2 long days. =\

Last meal I had: 12.30pm, 01 Sep 2014
Next meal I had: 4.15pm, 02 Sep 2014
- Achievement unlocked -
Lol. Unintentionally, though.
Rushed for test after work; didn't have time, or rather, have no appetite for food since I was already stressed up for the test. After which, had to attend lecture. Tummy was crying for hunger by then. Reached home, and it was already 11pm. Definitely a no-no for food then.
Earlier today, visited the doctor as I wasn't feeling well. Rushed to class after that. By the time I reached home, it was already 4.15pm. No longer feeling hungry, but yet, due to my *itchy* mouth, I die die also wanna chew on something. And hence, breaking the "fast". ._.

And so.. I've submitted my application for this accountancy degree, like finally. Whatever the outcome may be, it's not gonna bother me for now. Don't wanna stress myself by thinking so much.
Well, studies aside.. I'm so freaking excited about the upcoming trips. Yeah right, trip
s. WOOHOOOO!! Gonna be away from Singapore for two getaways come this May. Yep, it's Taiwan again. However, it has shrink from the original 10 days to 8, and now, a mere 7 days only. Which means, we'll only get to tour for 6 days, since our return trip home is in the afternoon - leaving the accommodation at 12pm. Can't really enjoy much, you see. :(
Anyway, something to joy about after that trip. Because we're travelling to Korea!! Yay-ness!! Okay, 2 more pay-days before the trip.. hopefully I'll have enough savings to enjoy. Oh by the way, I went to check the leftovers of my Taiwan currency, and realised it's so little only. Weird.. very weird. I remember leaving quite some money before I left for last year's trip.. but somehow, they've seemed to be missing. =\
It has been soooo long since I last went on a trip with my parents. If I remember correctly, there's just once, before these upcoming trips. I'm so gonna cherish these two trips alot! ^_^

Helloooo..!! I'm back. So fast, this time. lol. :D
It's been a pretty tiring CNY and I've been trying hard to get myself recover from the loss of sleep. And so, I'm on leave today because I couldn't drag myself up this morning due to the serious lethargic-ness I had yesterday. Errr, and my younger brother actually predicted my actions. >_<
As for now, I've to make a decision real soon - on my studies. Well, to be honest, I
was actually really determined on enrolling for this degree. And I
had really set my mind on it, like 6 months ago. However, something happened last month which made me have second thoughts. As mentioned previously, my assignment ended last month, and will be going on to my second assignment. This second assignment was located at Tampines. And I only got to know about it right on the day I reported to the client's place. Cool, yea? Please understand my frustrations alright? To travel daily from Jurong to Tampines is no joke - a 3-hour journey to-and-fro. This sucks, seriously. Well, such assignment of work definitely undermines one's work morale. Yes, that's exactly what I am experiencing.
Anyway, the job scope for this assignment really makes me feel like a thrash myself. I've been here for 3 weeks, and yet, the stuffs I've learnt amounts to zero. I don't see myself useful in any way, and am really having second thoughts about the accounting field.
Right now, I've to come to a decision soon - to follow my dream (of studying for an accountancy degree), or reconsider other areas? If I follow my dream, then, is this really what I want? Or I'm merely following blindly - to study for the sake of studying? If I am to venture into other areas, which suits me most? And if I study, it'll mean another 4 years.. age is already catching up with me.. can I really afford to spend another 4 years on it? Then, what if I realised it isn't what I want in the end?
Sighs, I'm so vexed..

Okay. So, the results for the bridging course has released. Well, to be honest, though I know it would be released in July, but I didn't expect it to be this early. I'd actually happened to chanced upon it when I "itchy hand" and went to clicked on "Academic Profile" after logging in to the Student Portal.
And so, I so happened to see a "Pass" indicated for my Econs module, which is like a WOW. lol. Seriously, I didn't expect myself to pass this module because I've always been weak in this and didn't have much confidence actually. Went to double-check and indeed, I really managed to secure a pass for Econs! Now, that's really something to be happy about! :)
But wait, Econs ain't the only module I took for the bridging course. There's still the Maths module. Okay, to be very honest, I had more confidence in Maths than in Econs, and I'd expect to have at least passed the module. But hell no. I went to select the module and saw a "Fail". Depressed much.
Passed 1/2 modules for exemptions. Supposed to be able to complete the whole degree course in 2 years, but with only 1/2 modules passed, I can't help thinking - now what? No doubt, it has left me dangling there pondering if this is really what I want - I mean, if this really suits me? Studying a degree just for the sake of its reputation?
Actually to be honest, even after doing the e-course registration last month, I'm still asking myself - is this really what I want? Well, I've been evading this question mainly because I've paid so much for the bridging courses and if I were to change my mind, wouldn't I be wasting the money I've spent thus far?
I'd actually went for interviews for the past few days, and once again, each interview I went, they've all advised me not to go for UOL. Their reaction (from how I interpreted) were like, UOL ain't that good, I shouldn't be considering that. I was like, "uh, how come? Shouldn't a UK degree be more recognised, and more "heavy-weight" than RMIT, UniSIM degrees?" I REALLY thought all employers thought so, until the first I went, actually advised me to go for RMIT instead. And the third one, to UniSIM. So, the conclusion? They don't really care about UOL. Am I right to say that?
So, once again.. Now what?
Sighs.

"UOL-ACCA or UOL-ICPAS route?" This question has set me pondering repeatedly for days and I've yet to come to a conclusion even when the eCR has already started this morning.
While both ACCA and ICPAS will ultimately land me with a "CPA Singapore", both has different requirements for exemptions (obviously). Considering the exams, both will be equally hard, though I'll only have to take 5 papers for ICPAS PE instead of the 7 papers by ACCA. It'll be a plus point for ICPAS since it'll mean lower cost. Moreover, there will be some changes to the current structure to attaining a "CPA Singapore" come next year. ACCA will be a stand-alone qualifications while the ICPAS-CPA Singapore route still stands. That is, similar to the current regulations, I'll have to go through the PE, whereas it's an unknown case for ACCA as of now.
However, weighing the scale, I reckon ACCA will still be "slightly" easier than ICPAS PE. Frankly speaking, comparing between these two, I should have more confidence in completing ACCA than the ICPAS PE, I guess. While we're at this, the thought of becoming a "CPA Singapore" never really came across my mind, too. Hence, the UOL-ICPAS route might seem a lil pointless to me.
All in all, UOL-ACCA will still be a safer bet, no?
Well, I guess I have an answer already. What's left now, is to decide on which electives to take, and how I want to structure my degree programme. Hopefully that won't take too long.

Just realised I had this in my draft on 29 January 2012.
------------------
I must admit I'm swayed in my decision after the CPA Australia Career Fair.
I was very affirmed of my decision to take up the UOL degree before I went. However, under the influence of the fellow classmates, I could no longer stand by my original decision. And I'm now in a dilemma between UOL and ACCA.
Sigh. Pros and cons definitely. I hate this character of mine where I'm so easily swayed by others' words. I wished I could be more affirmed of my decision and not let others affect me. =\
------------------
Well, I guess I'm more affirmed of my decision after the internship. The seniors have been encouraging me to take up a degree. And with barely less than 10 hours to decide on whether or not I'm taking up the degree, I'm definitely getting stressed up. It's true that I very much wanted the UOL Accounting & Finance degree. But to decide within such a short period is definitely leaving me with no option. =\ It's either I apply now or next year.
Frankly speaking, I haven't thought of starting my degree so soon. At least, not so shortly after I completed my internship. It all happened too fast. =\
But okay, I went to apply for the degree last Friday. And guess what, that was the third (odd) day I went back Ngee Ann. Haa. I'd actually went back the Monday following the cessation of my internship - for gym and what-was-supposed-to-be-my-report-submission - as well as Wednesday, where I went back to submit my final report. And speaking of that, I so stupidly go all the way to the library to staple my report, then walked to Blk 72 for submission. Upon reaching Blk 72, I saw a big stapler right on the table. Urgh. I was like, "kill me please.. How could I forget seeing that stapler when I went there on Monday?" Really stupid, yea? -_-
And so, this is the first lunch I had at Munch after a period of six months.
Mind you, that was really awesome! Definitely the best lunch I had in six months! >_<
This UOL application's definitely troublesome! I didn't know they want the original certificates and so, I brought the photocopied ones with me. After the application, the staff told me I need to go down with my original GCE O Level certificate. Okay, fine. I brought it with me when I went back Ngee Ann for gym today. While waiting for the bus, the staff phoned again and told me they need to have my ITE results. Like, hello. Didn't your staff told me on Friday, ITE results are not required? Fine, again. Thank goodness I haven't yet boarded the bus, hence went back home to retrieve the certificates. Upon reaching, I was told again, that they required the ITE certificate to be submitted as well. Like, what the hell? Can't they let me know what they want once and for all? It's not funny at all okay? -_- Thank goodness I'll be heading for gym again this week. Else, sianzation definitely start pouring in. =\
Anywayyy, I've just realised I've been having chickens for my meals for 8 consecutive days. Not wow, definitely. I mean, I'm definitely okay with that. But I've been trying to recover from my long-term cough, and was taking some medicine brews for cough last week. But I guess they didn't come effective since I was having chicken meals daily. Hello auntie, you're the one who told me I should avoid having chickens since I'm coughing. But why are you preparing chicken everyday? -_-

Boarded a double-decker 334 this morning. Like, wow. o_O First time ever (in my life), that I've seen a double-decker 334. Heard it used to have in the past, but I've never seen before - or perhaps I did, but that was when I was really young? Haha. Well, sorry for the suaku-ness. I'm just amazed that I've seen it since it's a feeder bus. But well done, they finally came out with one. It's like, my "wish" has finally came true - used to hoped for a double-decker 334 during peak hours. If my guess was right, today's the first day that 334 provides double-decker service. Hehs. Lucky me, ain't I? :D
When I saw the double-decker bus initially, I thought it's either 99 or 185. However, when it drove past me, I saw "334". I was like, "huh? Did I see wrongly?". Haha.
Alrighty. Enough of the suaku-ness. Shall continue with my final report. Hopefully I can complete in time so I can finally enjoy the holidays. :)

Haven't touched my final report since 20 December 2011. Lost the motivation to do it somehow. Tsk. The report's gonna be due in less than a month's time, with the week before the Chinese New Year period. I'm so running out of time already. :(
Doubt I'll have the time to even make some cookies for the CNY since I won't have the time to do so next Saturday. Working on weekdays too, thus it'll be even harder to make cookies on weekdays. Tell me, what am I gonna do? :(

Alrighty. I'm back to continue my final post for 2011. So how's 2011 for me? Lots of ups and downs I'd say. And it all start right from the beginning of the year.
January
Just a week before Uncle Peter passed away, on 10 January, I was out with Mum and brother to shop for CNY stuffs when we received a phone call from Uncle Peter's buddy, Uncle Koh. He told us that Uncle Peter wants to give up fighting already, and wants us to give the go ahead for him. Of course, we weren't agreeable to it. And he seemed to have given up the thought a few days later. However, his condition turned for the worse during this period. Fever not being able to subside and internal blessings occurred. Breathing became very difficult for him and at times we were very afraid he'll be leaving us. I'm really afraid of receiving phone calls from brother when I was in school. Because a phone call spells bad signs.
We were all taking turns taking care and staying by Uncle's side from Friday to Sunday during that week. Breathing worsen many times but Uncle seemed to breeze through. Worsen again just before we left the hospital on Sunday night. However was alright after some time. For the very first time, I didn't mute my phone because I was really afraid Uncle might not survive through. All the way till I woke up for school, no phone calls from 3rd uncle who was accompanying him at the hospital. So I thought, no news = good news. Had planned to accompany him after my lesson on Monday. Then at 8.45am, Mum phoned and told me what I had planned too. At 9.10am, another phone call. This time, it was brother. He told me to get to the hospital. I thought I could still see Uncle Peter. But he last breathed at 9.19am, when I was hailing a cab. I couldn't assure him in time that he need not worry about grandma - the person he worries most. No promises could be made. And this really saddens me. Nothing could describe how I'm feeling. Even till now, it still aches me bitterly. Never in my life have I cried so terribly, not even when Uncle Mao passed away three years ago. 17 January 2011. That was the worst day of my life. This is definitely a very big blow to me.
My only regrets are not visiting you him often enough, and not giving him the assurance that I wanted to. :( Till now, I still can't accept the fact that he's left us. I really don't understand why such thing had to happen to such a great person like him. I really don't understand.
Dedicated a post to Uncle Peter on Facebook the night before we send him on his last journey. And that was when I 'sort of' return to Facebook.
But grandma's been well during the period of Uncle Peter's absence. I know for sure, Uncle's been looking after grandma up there. Right, Uncle Peter? :)
Oh yea, I did managed to fulfill something though. I've finally brought grandma out for exercise last Saturday. Though only once for the whole of 2011, but it's still better than none, right? =x
真的好想你。
-----------------------
Posted about the heartbreak as well, and seeking forgiveness from the besties about my MIA. I suppose my family really did somehow found out about our patch. Heard from brother that it's also due to this that Uncle don't feel safe to leave what he's left with, with me. Hmm.. even Uncle also knows that jerk's unreliable, and is likely to con me of my stuffs. Well done, Uncle! But your niece's ain't stupid, hor. ;)
-----------------------
March
Went Taiwan for a holiday, like finally. This trip definitely came at a time no better than this. Following the heartbreak, Uncle Peter passing away, as well as the stress over studies, this getaway is definitely a very much needed one. Oh, and this is the first oversea trip after like nine years?! Excited to the max can! ^_^
It was a 10-day trip to Taiwan and mind you, Taiwan's a really great place to visit! Totally fell in love with Taiwan and can't wait to go again! ^_^ Oh yea, did I mention seeing some handsomes over there? My xiao wei and alishan~~ Ahhhh!! Wonder if I can still get to see them when I travel next year. But luck's not with me, because my camera, or rather, the SD card died on me on the second or third day. I didn't know at all, and continued snapping around. Came back and checked the photos, could only retrieve a lil portion of it. Damn sad-ed, you know? Moreover, my alishan's gone too! Sad to the infinity can! I not only snapped pictures of him, but I also took a video of him singing. Like, what the hell! :'(
Luggage overloaded. Could be because it's my first trip there - lotsa things to buy. lol. So lesson learnt - I'm opting for 30kg for the trip next year. I'd rather pay a lil more for now, than paying so much more should I really exceeded the limit.
-----------------------
April
Met up with the besties, like finally. We met on April Fool's, did we? A lil awkward too, because I haven't met them for so long. And I feel really bad for MIA-ing. Sorry gals. I'm really thankful that they didn't give up this friendship. <3 Anyway, it's bowling session that day. It's my first time too.
-----------------------
July
Got back the Common Test results and I'm really disappointed in myself. I failed Managerial Accounting module, not by 1 or 2 marks, but by a relatively big margin. Made a grave mistake and it cost me dearly. Was so disappointed that I 'blamed' my ancestors for not blessing me no matter how sincere I am. And thus followed by blaming them for not blessing Uncle Peter when he's even more sincere than I am, and a very much better, filial person than I am. I know I shouldn't do that, but I just can't help myself, especially after Uncle Peter was rewarded leukemia with sincerity. I'm so sorry, ancestors. But now I know why they don't bless me. Mum just told me the other day that my grandfather didn't used to like me when he was still around. He was more of the traditional type - favours boys over girls. So, that probably explains why? Hmm.. But I'm glad grandma's not like my grandfather. I heard she loves girls. No wonder she dotes on me so much. And even till now, she's always looking for me. Like, there was once when I got home late and she didn't sleep because of that. x_x I'm still like a lil girl to her. She's always asking me to eat when it's dinner time, like so afraid I'll go hungry. Haa. Grandma, I love you. <3
Anyway, even till now, it still pricks me whenever I heard of people getting leukemia. It'll just remind me of Uncle Peter.. The suffering he'd gone through.. The life taken away. Why, why such a healthy person like him had to suffer this? But I thank God for not taking Uncle Peter away from us so fast. He managed to survived through a period of seven months, when the doctor had estimated a period of two to three months.
-----------------------
Another thing. I went for a concert for the very first time of my life! Like, WOW! It's the Korean Music Wave 2011 and I'm so amazed. All thanks to my cousin, who came for a holiday with 3rd aunt and and her brother. My cousin's a truly Korean-craze. Haa. And it so happened that this concert falls within the period they're here. She wants to go so badly, and aunt got me to accompany her.
Actually I'm not that keen in going, because the concert so happened to fall on the same day as Aaron Yan's autograph session at IMM. However, she won't be able to go if I don't agree. So yep. Was really disappointed that I couldn't attend Aaron Yan's thought. :( But anyway, the concert was an experience for me, allowing me to see so many bands at one go, like U-Kiss, FT Island and the likes like Big Bang and 2NE1. Okay, I admit I'm really afraid Big Bang might sing a song, but thank goodness, guess that song was quite some time ago, so they didn't sang it afterall.
Thanks, cousin. You made it possible for my first. :)
-----------------------
August
This final semester before the internship was really hectic. Totally no life, I'd say. Imagine coming home from school everyday, bathed and had dinner, then up next - sit infront of laptop to do projects. Well, that's been my life for the past six months of the semester. And when I said 'everyday', it's really everyday. Sometimes I really wonder why in the world did I put in hell lotsa effort, when the rest only put in so little, and gotten the same reward. Hard work definitely don't pay off. And this applies to friendship as well. Polytechnic friends to me, are just hi-bye friends. They aren't, and don't make good confidante. And if unlucky, you'll end up being a tool to them. That's my case, probably?
The way they, or rather, she treat me. And she still dare to say I'll surely be MIA after graduation. Hello? You don't know me well definitely. Family, to me, comes first. And friends' up next. Alright? I do cherish friendship alot. And they way you treat me really makes me feel like MIA-ing, too. So what, if I appears during the meet out? I'll always be the one who's being leftout, no matter what. And so what, when I'm always the one giving? You approached me for help, I'll always give all out. Yes, I do, no matter you're close to me or not. But end up? It's just fruitless. Would you appreciate it? No. Well, I guess no matter what I do, the treatment will still be different between us. If so, why don't you jolly well get her to help and just leave me alone?
Everytime I suggested / planned something, you'll disagree. But when 'she' suggested, you'll agree straight. Well, if you don't like my suggestions, then jolly well tell me. Asked me for suggestions, and when I suggest, you don't wanna take it. What do you take me for? Leaving me out is already good enough. And you still had to treat me this way. Oh, and I'm sorry, I seriously don't like the idea of 'her' going Taiwan with us.
I'm sorry, but this ain't the friendship I'd hoped for. Friendship to me, is all about being able to laugh and joke around together. I didn't want to elaborate so much actually, but I just needed a gateway to pour everything out. And my blog, is the best way to do so.
-----------------------
September
Start of internship. Got into this company very unexpectedly. Was given the option to choose the companies and field that we wanna enter into. However, this company wasn't in the list. Was told that this company actually sent in the application late, hence the omission. I was thinking, since there weren't any company that interests me, I decided to choose the ones with very high pay, so there won't be a chance of me getting in. lol. Then, as expected, out of the six choices given, I did not get into any of it. The in-charge then allocate IRAS to me. However, she phoned me a week later and told me there's openings for this company and asked if I wanna take up the offer. I was like, WOW. Reason being, this company has been the one that I've been wanting to get in since Secondary 4. That was the first accounting firm that I heard of, which probably explains why the feeling for the firm.
So talking about the internship, I didn't learn much actually. Or should I say, it's too complex for me. This department's not what I wanted to enter. However, am glad that the seniors are all nice people. The executive's director a Dutch. Very, very nice and friendly person. :) However, he'll be leaving the company soon. :(
-----------------------
October
"Quarreled" with one of the poly mates over the Taiwan trip. Thankfully, all's solved. Also went to my very first Dinner & Dance. But not able to wear nice nice though, because my seniors decided to follow the theme. :(
-----------------------
November
Am showing signs of happiness. Somehow. My days will just be brightened up the moment I saw him. However, the timing seemed to have messed up totally and I could no longer see him. I don't like this feeling really. :( Why in the first place gave me the chance of seeing him, yet take back after awhile? I'd really rather I don't see him at all in the first place. No hope = no disappointments. And now, just because of that short period, I'm always so looking forward to seeing him, but ended up in disappointments and disappointments in the past month. And I suppose, there won't be a next again. Sighs. Such things always happen to me, no?
-----------------------
December
Went for marathon like finally. Conquered 10km for the timing of 1:23:41. Glad to have achieved such good result, which was also below my target of 1 hour 30 minutes. Also surpassed my 2007 result by an hour. :) And by the way, Mum was so cute can! She told me to keep the running singlet as a "souvenir" and not use it, because it's unique due to the different design every year. lol.
Bought the camera at last. Not DSLR though, due to some issues. Second time back to that place to purchase the camera after September. Actually I'm already numb, but somehow upon reaching, and saw the familiar places, I teared suddenly. Told sis-in-law about it, but well. All I wanted to say is, not everyone take the same time to recover.
-----------------------
Well, to sum-up everything. I'm really glad he's off my mind at last. Yeah, sort of. Should say, I'm already numb (no feelings) to his name. But his name and that place irks me still. And I'm still on the road to recovery. Hopefully by the time the future one comes, I'll be able to visit those places I detests with him happily.
For those who said this to me, "it's so long already. don't think about him can already." Well, as mentioned earlier, the period of recovery differs. One thing I'd like to say - I did not think of him. Everything just occurred naturally. As an emotional person and one who puts too much feeling into the relationship, if I say it doesn't pricks, I'd be lying. I think I'm already showing good progress to have come thus far. Perhaps for you, your recovery is fast. But hey, that doesn't mean everyone's the same as you. I hope you get what I mean.

Back to school on Friday for FIT revision class, afterwhich peer study with cliques.
Did FIT revision papers beforehand, and realised the module's not that hard as I thought. Perhaps the words "tutorial" and "revision" really makes a difference, that is, one is bound to put in alot more effort in revision than in tutorials. Had full concentration for the revision papers and realised the questions are more or less the same. So with that, my confidence level for the module increased gradually. =) And now, what's important is to revise, then practise again.
Met up with MR after the revision class as YL and JL wanted him to help them with Cost Accounting. It's a sad thing that, they didn't approach the "expert" right before them, but rather, approached MR instead. =X Oops, I'm just kidding about the expert thingy, lol. In terms of teaching, MR would definitely be a good choice. Anyway, YL was supposed to clear her doubts with MR, but ended up clearing with me because JL approached him first.
Actually, I didn't know what to ask MR about ; just hoping to listen to their doubts and the solution towards them. I'm glad they arranged this peer study group because by clearing doubts with one, it benefits the other too. That's what happened to me, when YL cleared her doubts in Cost Accounting with me. It just got one thinking about the queries, refreshes the mind, and learn along the way. Anyway, I
bombarded MR with questions again, lol. And yea, difficult ones because I always think too deep into these. Hehs. Hope he don't find me a nuisance. =X
While on the way home, both YL and I decided that we should really form a study group starting next semester because that really helps, especially in polytechnic levels where helps from tutors aren't always available, plus tutorial and revision papers just ain't enough. Oh, and on second thought, I decided that I shouldn't "pull" MR over to our class next semester (if we're able to choose timetable) since he'll most probably be the only guy if he comes over. Pathetic plus uncomfortable, you see. =X
And yes, Taxation's revision papers are uploaded, like finally! Lecturer uploaded the venues and you know what? I'm being split from my class ; the only one. -_- The class that I'm with, is MR's class, with majority of the "pros" in it. Like,
what the f. The feeling is indescribable.. it's just so stressed. =\ Anyway, good thing is, the class's on the second level, whereas my class's on the third level. One level less to climb. =D

I'm wondering if I should switch back to Pantene shampoo since it has released a new one, or should I say, an improved formula. Dear has been telling me to switch back to Pantene as well because it smells better. Hmm, actually I'm kinda tempted to switch back too, but my present conditioner is still kinda new. =(
Had wanted to buy a type of cookies which tastes really nice for dear yesterday. But the person told me it's out-of-stock and they won't be bringing in new stock anymore. =( Had no idea where else to get it too. Sigh. No indulgence for both dear and me already. =(
So many days had passed, yet the revision papers for Taxation has yet to be uploaded. I'm so eagerly waiting for it to be uploaded so I could make a trip back to school to print, and at the same time borrow book to kill my boredom. =\ Oh well, just hope it'll be uploaded by this week.

So.. this semester had come to a close already. It's quite a short term for this term due to the Youth Olympic Games. Quite a relaxing term as well, with no projects other than IS module's assignments. Didn't feel that stress for Business Communications this time round as compared to year 1, probably due to different approach used by Mr Taylor. He's just a great teacher who doesn't give us pressure, and gives us the flexibility to do our stuffs. It's a pity however, that this is his last semester with the school already. Thanks Mr Taylor! And all the best in your future endeavours! =)
Thanks LW, my psychology group mate, for always cracking jokes and stuffs. He's kinda like a middleman in our group because our group consists of a total of four persons where he's got the company of his friend, and I'm alone with another girl. The girl always skips lesson, hence making me the only girl in the group of three. So naturally, I'll feel kind of awkward. But it's really thanks to LW that I don't feel very uneasy with them. =)
Cost Accounting and Taxation were quite alright as of now. Haven't gone into revision yet, but hopefully there's nothing much that I'm unclear of. It's just gotta be "practise makes perfect" for these two modules. However, it's a pity that I don't think I could achieve an A for Cost Accounting due to the Common Test. =( As for Taxation, the questions are going to be quite long, as what tutor had mentioned. I'm really doubting myself if I'm able to complete it. This reminds me of something what my Cost Accounting tutor told us this week - "You don't seem to have confidence in your work. You'll just doubt yourself when others had different answers from you." So the bottomline is, you must have confidence in yourself, in what you did.
As for Finance of International Trade, I seriously can't see what's ahead of me. There wasn't a Common Test for this module, only project and surprise tests. So far, surprise tests were alright. As for project, it's disappointment. It's just too disastrous already. Why am I so stupid not to notice the last part is not related to what I analysed?! I'm really disappointed in myself. We could've secured an A if not for that. Sighs. Anyways, there's still joy in disappointment though. I'm just glad my work is being recognised. And now, I gotta buck up and revise through the work so I could clear my queries during the revision class.
"People who never fail are people who learn the least. Don't be afraid to fail. Grab the lesson, fight better!"
"Relax! Failure is a wake up call, for us to realize that we haven't done our best yet. Move up!"
Yea, these are so true! I'll be sure to bear these in mind.

It's gonna be a stressful term full of assignments and projects. =( Good thing is, it's a rather short term of just six weeks due to the Youth Olympic Games. So it's almost two weeks down already. Another four weeks to go and I'm outta these. A month of break before exam starts. I know I'm always "talk only, no action", but I'm so gonna study real hard this time. It's the final chance for me to score well already, because there'll be no more exemption starting next semester. It's gonna be a busy month too, because I've booked four straight practicals per week, lol. Hopefully I'm determined enough to go for all practicals, else at least three per week.

I'm really worried about the assessment on Friday. =(

Presented tutorial for Cost Accounting yesterday and like what I told the tutor, I'm satisfied with what I did, lol. Had a few mistakes though. And I did wrongly for one of the question that I'm unsure of. But when tutor prompted me, I was like "awoke" suddenly and let out an "oh.." sound. lolx. I'm glad that I'm able to comprehend it. As this is the first part of the question, I had to figure out how to do the follow-up question since I did wrongly for the first part. Again, I managed to do the follow-up question and I let out another "oh.." while teacher was trying to show me the ways. And this time, I "oh.." quite loudly, as what Ya Li told me. =\ That was so embarrassing can. =(
Then, when the lesson was about to end, I went to negotiate my attendance with tutor, lolx. I thought it might be difficult but didn't know she's so flexible. Thank goodness. All I did was to promise her that I won't be late again. So ya, hopefully I'll really be able to reach on time in future. And to show my sincerity, I reached school at around 8.30am today oh-kayy.
Oh by the way, it's really shiok, I thought, that there's four consecutives bus 99 yesterday morning on my way to school. I'm actually thinking if I should take bus 99 because both SGNextBus and iris-NextBus showed that bus 185 was arriving. And hence I waited. Waited for quite some time and I'm beginning to be suspicious. Hence checked again, and guess what? The timing shows "18 minutes".
Wth. I feel so cheated man. Got cheated by both sources. And that's not the first time already. But thankfully, the suspicion came as the fourth bus 99 was arriving. Else, I'll definitely be late for lesson.
Will be having two papers for Common Test this term, with the final paper on 10th June. Afterwhich, a 2-weeks break awaits. And this means I won't have much time for him again. Next week's probably the last week to enjoy, then gotta start my revision for the Common Test already. Pei Er! Guess we can only meet after my Common Test already.

This has been dragging on and on, and finally I've completed the individual assignment. Essay of 750 (+/- 10%) which means an allowance of 75 words. But I exceeded like 200 words even after deducting the allowance. Simplify and simplify, still ended up with 65 words over the limit. ._. How, how? =(
Oh well. As for my health, I'm almost fully recovered, except for my cough. Voice was rather deep yesterday. ._. It's better today, and hopefully will be back to normal by tomorrow. I'm actually rather surprised that my flu recovered so fast this time round. Sleeping rather early for the past few days due to the medication, which is a good thing. Heh. Anyways, I'm still thinking if I should visit the doctor tomorrow for my cough. But then, it's expensive bcause cough is the only reason for me to see the doctor. But it'll take me a long time to recover if I don't see the doctor. Hmmm...
Quite a number of tasks on hand like LSR research plus project, 3 tutorials and Business Communications' analysis, all to be done by Tuesday. Then, trip to Science Centre, which I've yet to decide when to go. Followed by LSR online tutorials and revision for quiz, all of which are to be completed by the end of next week. Then, e-learning week on the following week, which I reckon will be used to complete our long report since there's no lesson.
Poor pig pig got thrown back to my room last night because I thought you were ignoring me. =XLabels: School, Sick, Stressed, Studies
