The holidays this time round are really long. Now thinking about it, there's a high chance that I could complete my practicals during the long break. That is, provided I'm hardworking enough. But the thing is, I'll usually feel bored because I'm all alone, then, I'll be lazy to go for the practical. =(

Oh well, there's quite a number of things that I wanna do apart from driving. Like, baking, learning make-up, go for facials and hair treatment, and etc. Been wanting to continue my facial sessions, but I'm just lazy to go at times due to the travelling. This reminds me of the phrase, "there are no ugly women, only lazy ones". =X I wanna learn new things too ; no idea what to learn just yet, but I'm always wanting to learn new things. There's seriously a need to tidy my room as well. There are far too much things lying around. =X

It's gonna be a stressful term full of assignments and projects. =( Good thing is, it's a rather short term of just six weeks due to the Youth Olympic Games. So it's almost two weeks down already. Another four weeks to go and I'm outta these. A month of break before exam starts. I know I'm always "talk only, no action", but I'm so gonna study real hard this time. It's the final chance for me to score well already, because there'll be no more exemption starting next semester. It's gonna be a busy month too, because I've booked four straight practicals per week, lol. Hopefully I'm determined enough to go for all practicals, else at least three per week.

Baby and Shopping Spree

Baby's ready and back to me at last. =D Second brother brought me to Funan yesterday since younger brother is going Sim Lim Square to collect his CPU. And since it's near Bugis Junction, I went back to that shop where I seen the formal wear the previous day to get it. It's rather expensive as it's being sold separately. =( But no choice, I've been wanting to get this type of clothing for quite some time already. Sad thing is, the blouse is the last piece already. =(

I'm going broke like seriously. Just two days, and I spent so much already. =\ Need to save, save and save! Went Bugis Street the previous day and finally got my stuffs for school. Tried on the clothes I bought and they looked not bad. I kinda regret buying the skirt though. Okay, no more shopping spree until I saved the amount I spent. =X

iPhone

Finally switched over to iPhone yesterday. Damn hard to SMS. =( I was like trying to press on an alphabet, but I just keep pressing "cancel" accidentally. -_-" But I like one of the function. That is, the handwriting function for Chinese. Easier input next time. =D Oh, and I can only use those default ringtones and message tones in the phone. That is really saddening! =((

Oh, while we're at this.. Younger brother is really.. I don't know what to say. =X First, he asked me to buy a casing for Mum's iPhone. I bought it online already, then the next day, he told me he just bought one. Okay, nevermind. Just few days ago, he told me Mum's screen protector came off and told me to order one. I ordered, and I got it just this morning. When brother came home this afternoon, he told me that he just bought one today. And I was like #*&^%@..!! -_-"


LCD Monitor

As mentioned, brothers and I went Bugis yesterday. And second brother got me a LCD monitor. Heh! Like finally. This monitor that I'm using has been with me for many years already. I still remember this was being bought when brother spoilt my monitor when I was away for a holiday. =X And now, I gotta clear my desk to make some way for this monitor. Lazy. =\ Anyway, this monitor was in exchange for a notebook from my broadband plan. A pretty good deal, isn't it? =D


PDL

Went BBDC yesterday and got my PDL like finally. It started pouring heavily when the bus reached BBDC. Thank goodness I thought of my umbrella just before leaving home. So, I reached second storey, got my queue ticket and waited for my turn. When my queue number was called, I filled in the form and took out my spectacles. But guess what? I don't have to test for my eyesight because they have my record of applying for PDL two years ago. Damn sad-ed because I got cheated by the other staff the other time when Mei Bao and Pei Er accompanied me to apply. =X But anyway, luckily I got rejected the other time, because I haven't yet drive on the road till now.


School

School's starting real soon. Gotta wait till six months later before I can enjoy again. =(
Gotta start printing notes again. And deadlines to meet. Grrr I think I'm slowly beginning to dislike the word "deadline" due to last semester. Really crazy deadlines. =\ Hopefully it won't happen again for this coming semester. Business Communications on Wednesday. I'll wait till I reached class then I'll download the file. Heh. Afterall, there's always allowance for first lesson, isn't it? =P

Time to change my nail polish too! Still thinking which to choose.. Plain? Nail art? Hmmm...

Finally had my practical lesson today. Just one word - shiok! =D

Went for my first practical lesson after two years and I think the feeling's still there. Thought instructor would give me a fresh start, but he managed to taught all four lessons that I had learnt into this single session. Turning is much more better than two years ago. But I'm still having problems with clutch though. =\

I'm really glad I chose this instructor, Mr Lim. The photo and himself in real life ain't much of a difference - friendly. And he's humorous too. =D He taught really well as compared to my four previous (different) instructors and most importantly, he gave clear instructions and I could follow quite well.

But just before we ended for the day, he shocked me with something that, I'll most likely drive on the road next session. =\ That came too sudden already. I had thought I'll need to practice for two or three more sessions before going on the road. Anyway, I'll have to apply for my PDL asap.

Oh, and I'm really glad I fixed this group. Because this group's car model is Honda Jazz, my once-favourite car. =D This car is smaller as compared to the other in BBDC and of course, it definitely suits me perfectly due to my small size! =D

But still, I'd prefer my Suzuki Swift. =D

Finally, I'm earlier than both Mei Bao and Pei Er. Yay! =D

Met up with them for our theory evaluation this morning. That injured swan was lolx. =X I took final theory evaluation while both of them took basic theory's. And she's like shocked. She thought she's going to be tested on final theory. LOL. =X Okay, understood. Too stressed already, right?

Anyway, I passed my evaluation with full marks! =D That was the first time. =X Really happy. After evaluation, *guess I won't mention anything*. Pei Er, Mei Bao~ See, I'm so nice to you right? =D Congrats on passing by the way. Weird theory though (the spectacles), on your passing. lolx.

I guess I took my evaluation way too early because I'll only be having my test in June. =X But well, I just want to clear everything as fast as possible. And I realised Mei Bao and I are the same type - clear stage by stage. =D

While on our way to wait for the bus, I saw a familiar face in the canteen. Thought I saw wrongly until she waved at me. She's Xun Hui. Haven't seen her for ages! Really surprised to see her there. So, she's there for her TP. Haven't got her reply yet. Hopefully she passed.

Oh by the way, thanks Mei Bao for the seed. Really appreciate it. <3 Actually, I had initially thought that that's a chocolate. ._. Because Mei Bao passed me the seed in the MRT station and it wasn't very bright over there. So.. yup. =X I know that injured swan will laugh at me for sure. =( RAWR~

But hey, I didn't bring enough arrows today. Else, that Pei Er sure can't swim back home. LOL. And I think after today, Pei Er sure remembers where the time is! LOL! Anyway, luckily there's Pei Er. Otherwise, there won't be that much fun among us. =D

Earlier on, I practised my make-up "skills". And to my amazement, the effects ain't that bad. Heh! That was my first full make-up without any guidance. Surprised that my skills ain't that bad afterall. But seriously, I'm still having trouble with eye-liner. That's so hard! =(

Hmm, saw her MSN message again today. Kinda worried about her. But I'm really at a loss at helping her. =(

That injured swan doubted my care and concern when I mentioned about this to her the other day. Sad. =( I may seem nonchalant, but I really cared for each and every one. But it's just a matter of expressing myself. I cared, but I don't really show out my concern. I guess, this is what eldest brother and I are similar in.

Met up the other day with Mei Bao and Pei Er to register for BBDC membership. Thanks girls! =) Only Mei Bao managed to register though, because that Pei Er failed her eye test. So gotta meet up another day to accompany her to register. Oh, and I failed my eye test too. Wanted to apply for PDL actually, but I forgot have to go for eye test, so I didn't bring my spectacles. =(

And speaking of BBDC, I went to their website last night and to my surprise, there's quite a number of available slots, with earliest on 27 April, for Final Theory Test. That's weird, because all along the earliest test date available was in June. Actually I wanted to book, but my timetable hasn't yet released. Sigh. Oh by the way, Yan Ling had passed her Final Theory Test already. Congrats!

On the other hand, I've finally decided to register for French lesson. Decided not to risk my results and opted for the foreign language programme. Hopefully everything turns out well. Sad thing is, I didn't know about this programme until December. I could have been able to get a Diploma Plus certificate if I started this programme during the first semester. Because the pre-requisite to this is to complete all six French modules, which means I've to start from the very first semester. =(

Oh, and Mum finally realised she had visited many places in China and have the thought of going on a trip to Taiwan. =D Been wanting to visit Taiwan since second brother and sister-in-law went for a honeymoon in 2008. But just no one wants to bring me along. So hopefully I'll be able to visit Taiwan this time round.

It has been a week since school reopened. Like last semester, I was late right on the second day of school. Hah. BUT, I'm clever this time round not to take taxi to school (too costly lah). Was late on third day as well. Then I reached school earlier and earlier each day. ._.

I so hate the time-table for this semester lah. =( Lessons starts at 8am in four out of five days, which means I gotta wake up at 6am. Sian lor! Grrr..!! Then we'll be sticking our butt to our chairs for majority of the time, in THAT torrid isolated classroom. It was hell man. I just couldn't concentrate. Whatsmore, the teachers are strict can! Especially our class advisor! Actually I first seen her when she invigilated our Statistics' exam last semester. And my first impression of her was not bad. But then, on second meeting, I find that she's horrible. Yea. Sorry, but it's the truth.

Frankly speaking, I'm not one who can work under a strict environment. I'm so gonna do badly this semester I guess. Aiks. Oh, one more thing. As mentioned by Yvonne in her tag board, our new classmates are quite the serious sort, too. We had little or no interaction with them. I would really prefer those peeps from IQH lah. =( At least we know a few of them. Sometimes I feel that both Cynthia and I shares the same thoughts. Hahs~ I'm just so glad that Wei Ming's in the same class as I am. At least our class will be more lively with him around. Am I right, Wei Ming? ;)

Hmm, so holidays ended a week ago and guess what? I had only gone for three practical lessons! Hahs! It's due to my busy schedule during holidays plus some personal matters. Of course, it's partially due to my laziness as well. But I promise (myself), I must buck up and get a driving license by September. Because brother's going Australia for a month! Woohoo~!! That means I'll get to drive when he ain't around in Singapore, provided I got my driving license before he leave for Australia. Meanwhile, shall try to motivate myself. I can do it yea?

And oh, I so miss Cruz Teng!

Let's rewind~

Monday
Went BBDC to apply for my PDL, like finally. lolx. Should have applied for PDL last month, but March was like totally activity-packed for me. So yeah. Oh wait, actually, I should have gotten my PDL two years back! =X

After applying, I went West Mall, hoping to find The Body Shop to get the pimple healing thingy. I didn't know that there's no TBS outlet in West Mall, so I continued my way upstiars. A lil regret actually. Because, as I mentioned earlier, I had wanted to get the pimple thingy, which costs like $14.90? But I ended up spending almost $50, or $75, if including the PDL payment. T_T

Tuesday
I had my long-awaited first practical lesson! And frankly speaking, my first lesson was DISASTROUS! (yeah, in my opinion) lolx~ Period.

Today
Had my second practical lesson in the morning. Still couldn't get the hang of it. It's already the second lesson, yet I had only just completed the third subject. Aiks. I'm just so stupid, you see? I tend to learn things real slowly. =(

Was supposed to go for my third lesson tomorrow. But a sentence from the instructor made me think twice. He said, "wah, you come for lesson everyday?" And so, I cancelled my booking for tomorrow. I thought this might be a good time for me to go for practical, since it's still school holiday now. Plus, I've wasted enough time. Then again, perhaps I shouldn't book consecutive days. I should at least give myself a day or two's time to abosorb what was taught, isn't it?

Exam results were released today. And I'm just so glad that it exceeds my expectations. I was exceptionally surprised and shocked at my result for Business Communications. Seriously, I was expecting a "C" to appear beside this module. But to my amazement, it was an "A"! Can you imagine how shock I was, at that point in time?

All in all, my worries in the beginning of the second semester had proved to be unfounded. =X

Woo-hoo! I passed my final theory test today! That's a load off my mind man. Hahs! Gotcha, Ivy darling! =P

Hmm, other than younger brother and Ivy darling, I don't think anyone else in my family knows about me taking the test. lolx. And brother actually didn't suspect me when I told him that I failed! ~.~

Was a lil worried initially because I couldn't answered several questions when I was doing my practice. But heck, I had worried over nothing. ~.~ The test started off rather well for me. And I managed to finish up all 50 questions within 15 minutes time. Hahs! I'm just glad that I managed to pass. It a pity, though, that we could only see if we passed or failed.

The next challenge will be tough though. =X Haven't decide on the practical test date yet, because I had only booked 16 lessons so far. I'm still wondering if I should go for the lessons during school days.<>_<>

Oh by the way, I think I saw Qiuyi and Wei Kiat when I was about to enter the test room. Applying for PDL, I think?

Whew~ Another month has passed, and I'm already on my 9th month of blogging. That's amazing (to me) eh. =D It'll be October in a few days' time. And results will be released at last. That'll be on Wednesday. I'm so excited, and nervous at the same time. =\ *Pray*

Speaking of this, I remembered chatting about my future with brother's girlfriend yesterday. She's waiting for me to enter University together. Think so highly of me eh? =X I shall not let her down then. I must start working hard now and work towards my childhood dream. To get into a polytechnic, that is. Wei, you must motivate me hor Otherwise, I'm really afraid I might just give up. =X

Will be booking for final theory lesson right after this entry. It's like finally. lolx. Hopefully I can manage to get slots for next week.
